Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital is a leading provider of Equine Veterinary services in the Southern San Joaquin Valley. We provide high quality care and diagnostic workups in the following areas: preventive medicine, internal medicine, lameness, reproduction, neonatal equine care, dentistry, podiatry, and elective soft tissue surgery. We have four ambulatory veterinary units, ultrasounds for reproductive/diagnostic sonograms, full service radiology, endoscopic and surgery facility. 

While Equine medicine is our main focus, we also understand the heritage that comes along with our professional commitment to our community. We provide service to small ruminant food animals and some exotics. We come from a rural background and strong work ethic. 24 hour emergency service provided for Equine, Food Producing and Large Animals only.
