VETERINARIANS
We are currently seeking skilled Veterinarians to join our team at our new hospital!! We are accepting applications from recent college graduates as well as established and specialized DVMs. This is a great opportunity to join our business and help us succeed into our 85th year of service! We are adding to our regular business hours to include 24 hour emergency care service, so we are looking for those candidates that can work flexible schedules. RECEPTIONISTS
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering a four line telephone system, inputting new client and patient information, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.
3 P/T RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
*The shifts we are looking to fill are as follows:
1. Thursday though Sunday 12am-9pm
2. Sunday through Wednesday 12pm-9pm
3. Monday through Thursday 10pm-7pm
VETERINARY TECHNICIANS
Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, filling perscriptions in our in home pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.
2 P/T & 1 F/T TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
*The shifts we are looking to fill are as follows:
1. Sunday Through Thursday 11pm-7:30am (F/T Graveyard)
2. Friday through Monday 2:30pm-11:30pm (P/T Shift)
3. Thursday through Sunday 2:30pm-11:30pm
GROOMER
Responsible for bathing, nail clipping, brushing, and styling of various animal breeds. Must have a minimum 6 months of full service grooming experience. Must be able to work with cats, large dog breeds and other small animals.
NO GROOMING POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
BATHER
Responsible for bathing, drying and brushing animals. Will need to be comfortable handling animals, including cats and large dog breeds. Also responsible for assisting Groomers with grooming tasks.
NO BATHER POSITIONS OPEN AT THIS TIME.
KENNEL ATTENDANT/ASSISTANT
Kennel attendants are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the hospital, animal boarding rooms, cages, and boarding areas. Kennel attendants will also be responsible for walking the dogs in our boarding facility, and assisting the front office staff with cleaning and stocking tasks.
